Celebrate New Year's Eve safely during the day with the kids! Enjoy crafts, photo ops, a balloon drop, and a juice toast at Noon. Make it a special occasion and DRESS UP IF YOU LIKE. Please, arrive at least 15 minutes before NOON to make sure you have everything to enjoy the toast.
