Since 1977, the Friends of the Leon Valley Public Library, a 501 (c) 3 tax-exempt organization, have been the support organization for the Leon Valley Public Library. Combining the interests of both residents and businesses, the Friends have ensured that the Library has the extra resources that it needs to continue to be the “heart” of the city.
