Leon Valley Public Library cards are free to all residents, business owners, and property owners of Leon Valley, as well as Leon Valley City employees. To get your card just drop by the library with your proof of residence and any staff member can help you get your card and start using our services.
Due to COVID-19, we ask that anyone wanting a library card call the library at (210) 684-0720 before coming to the library. Library staff will guide you through the process based on current operating procedures.
Due to COVID-19, the library is only open to Curbside Services. Visit your library account or call (210) 684-0720 to put books on reserve. Staff will call you when your books are ready to schedule a time you can pick them up, contact free!
In addition to books, we also offer crafts and program material pickups for events by curbside. Check out the Events to see when these services are available.

InterLibrary Loans (ILLs)
The Interlibrary loans (ILLs) system allows us to order books you're looking for that we don't carry. This is a state-wide and national program that we participate in, and we'll do our best to find you the materials you want!
Your account must be in good standing to participate in the ILL program.
