Strategic Alignment Plan
The Strategic Alignment Plan serves as the Leon Valley Public Library’s official strategic plan for Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) accreditation purposes.
This document outlines how the Library’s goals, services, and initiatives align with and support the City of Leon Valley’s adopted priorities as established in Resolution No. 25-036R: City of Leon Valley Strategic Plan.
Rather than functioning as a standalone planning document, this plan intentionally integrates library operations within the City’s broader strategic framework while meeting the enhanced and exemplary standards established by TSLAC. Through this alignment, the Library promotes accountable governance, responsive services, and sustainable planning that supports both City priorities and statewide accreditation requirements.
